I have completed two graduate degrees in this format. I live in a rural area, work a full-time++ job, raised a kid, and could never have done it another way. But I also agree. Universities need to do a better job of at least creating opportunities for interpersonal engagement for students.

I have a lot of theories about the push towards asynchronous online education. It’s isolation marketed as convenience and access. I won’t go on a rant about this today but one day I will.

I've just seen the word "unalive" used earnestly in a non-fiction book that is specifically written to deconstruct harmful tropes built in to modern romance novels. Girl you explicitly talked about sexual violence not 20 pages ago what the fuck do you MEAN "unalive"?!?!?!?
