If he’s ruining the golf course and the Loop Road and the picnic areas and the cherry trees, I feel like he’ll probably also take out East Potomac pool. That pool should not be overlooked. It is open when other DC public pools are closed. Kids can go there after school. It’s nice.

This is an accurate description of the course, which I've always just called Hains Point. Seen old dudes at the driving range in tank tops who clearly just own like a 3 wood and some irons rocketing em out there. It's about as egalitarian as golf can get.

East Potomac costs $42 to play and hosts thousands of people each year. A lot of the players are beginners. A lot of them don't have that much money. A lot of them are black. This is the course Donald Trump has decided shouldn't exist, and in the past, he's been fairly explicit about why not

This week, NIH advisors rebuked RFK for harming #NIH and US science. Sheryl Gay Stolberg reported it. Then RFK posted calling her sources anonymous or corrupt. I'll say this hoping it does good: I'm an NIH scientist, I'm not anonymous, and RFK Jr is destroying NIH. More in attachment:
