NEW: Human rights groups @afsc-org.bsky.social @ccrjustice.org @hrw.org and @open-society.bsky.social sued the Trump administration over its executive order imposing sanctions on the International Crim Court. They're asking a judge to "enjoin the EO and the sanctions regime as a whole," per counsel.
