There was a time when short form social media (at the time, Twitter) was a productive place to think out loud and in conversation with people and for the last year I have held out hope that it cools continue being that but to be honest, I do not think this site (or Threads!) serves me in that way

the idea that people diagnosed with NPD don’t suffer relies on dehumanizing them as a devoid of human emotion and experience. people diagnosed with NPD do suffer a great deal because of their diagnosis and because of the ways people like you treat them.
