I think you misunderstand, or I am not communicating properly. I think his statement is bullshit. Not that I don't believe he said it, rather itself is a load of bollocks. Making out, they couldn't settle on a manager until they found him, rather than the fact we probably got turned down by plenty.

I get it that Steur is young, but he left Ajax due to a lack of game time. He's already proven to us what he's capable of at that young age, MOTM against Hull, our last win. Gonzalez does fuck all in our DM. Steur surely has to replace him to fight for the spot!? #NUFC
