Show Postlike what do you mean 6 months ago I was meal prepping and working out and going to town 6 days a week and showering regularly. and now. o(--( I can hardly get myself to eat in a way that makes me feel good or get to class 3x a week. went from squatting 100 to using a cane just to walk.
