Oh, in the right part, he's astonishing. This feels like he's hearing it for the first time. He's surprised by the conclusions he's reaching. Every other Hamlet I've seen, no matter how good, they still felt like words a man has learned from a page.

Was lucky enough to see it live. His performance was so brilliantly unsettling. I felt if anyone had the power to change the course of the play, he could. He owned the role and the audience. I was an anxious mess for most of it. One of the best things I’ve ever seen.

I've not heard it so conversational before - it's relatable. It doesn't feel like a performance so much as it does a rumination, and one whose tone works so well even with the verbosity that I realize and embrace the dilemma as though it were my own, or that of a friend.
