This is also true. I'd like to see her and Yoshida genuinely do better if it contributes to the narrative. If they're to be in a relationship I'd definitely only want to see it after she's shown she can be trusted, but I can understand why you would want to.

Okay, we also disagree on this front I think. I also have a deep distaste for Himeno for that exact reason. I agree that the hipocrisy on that end is fair to be upset with, because Himeno DID do the same thing. I also don't like romanticizing her relationship with Aki either.

I'm not arguing she had a romantic interest in Denji. I'm arguing regardless of what her interest in Denji is, somebody who perpetuates that sort of abuse on anybody is a red flag I wouldn't trust with my enemy. Even if she wouldn't do that to Yoshida, wouldn't that dissuade you from a partner?

I'm not here for Yoshiden or Yoshimiri but none of the people involved give us any reason to believe they would be unsafe for one another to be around in a relationship the way Fumiko does even if I don't rly think all of them are in a great headspace for a relationship anyway lmao
