I know this isn't a super popular opinion, but streetcars are truly the most relaxing way to get around the city. Yes, it sucks at rush hour (so does every mode of travel). And, yes, we could make them faster if we chose to. But flaws and all, I much prefer riding the streetcar cars, subway, etc.

I've been calling for this for years! You can finally connect from the fast downtown ferry from Vancouver to a bus that will take you up island to Campbell River, Courtenay, etc. Campbell River to dt Vancouver in 4.5 hrs! Now they just need to add a bus going west to Tofino, and south to Victoria!
