In The Zone #50 🏆 I think it's my 17th ITZ win and I've been playing since the first one in 2018 (8 years ago...) I’ve had at least one win in every block of 10 ITZs, from 1-9, 10-19 and so on, which is honestly something that I'm proud of, winning in many eras Glory to Sendou 🧜‍♂️

believe it or not this is just scratching the surface of my takes in this department but mainly i just want more exciting commentary because without it spectators, especially outsiders/casuals, won't even be watching our streams in the first place to see any upgrades in visual production quality

imo we just need an evolution in both energy and analysis depth across the board but especially at the tier 2 level, stuff like SoS and low ink. oftentimes the most common criticism i have heard is that ppl turn off the audio on streams because they're bored by the commentary

so I'd hope to see some uplifting of commentators who are willing to bring high energy and hype, but i also want to see that balanced out by commentators who can actually set up the situations we could see at the next stage of a match rather than just commenting on the current state of the game

i also just want to see a little more focus on growing some more chemistry among commentators so we have more staple duos, cuz that's a big part of what made smash so popular. i might just not know ball but the only duo in this community i can name with that is falco + popgun. i need more like that
