You got Werewolf By Night who has your standard Lycanthropy Curse. You got Man-Wolf who got a magical necklace on the moon. And then you got Wolfsbane, a Mutant who can transform into a wolf. She also hooked up with a Norse Werewolf Prince once but he's just naturally like that.
