You're quoting a non-canon podcast, for one. But in general, having a place of power is just not the same thing as what you're talking about. Being more powerful in a place of power isn't the same as one's form being "true" there and "false" otherwise.

No--that's just nonsense from them. And I honestly wouldn't listen to whoever "those" are that's supposedly saying it. No reasonable person lives in such a bizarre world looking to gotcha every action a character takes and diminish it, especially based on standards that are divorced from reality.
