7/8 I understand YouTube does not mediate copyright disputes (at least that's what they say, in reality they get to reject my counter notifications), but it's crazy they don't even verify whether the claimant's content is actually IN the videos. Or whether it exists at all!

6/8 I am now on two strikes, I can't post for two weeks, and my channel will get terminated on a third, all because of a malicious actor abusing the system to strike me down while YouTube does not even accept counter notifications. I resubmitted it on the 12th for the first video

5/8 Today-ish (it's past midnight by now), on the 14th, I got a second strike, from the same "Abel Publishing" for another song ("AbelPublishing - Shepley ambient") that literally does not exist ANYWHERE, on a video that was basically just unedited gameplay of Utopia Must Fall.
