Worst case there is you'll have less effective wireless charging, but ideally the magnetic case has the magnets lined up with where the coil actually is. FWIW, I did get the wireless charger and case from the same manufacturer (Peak Design, I bought them before their CEO tipped the cops on Luigi.)

Google's supported the wireless charging protocol MagSafe is compatible with since the Pixel 3, you just had to provide your own magnets via your phone case (or a magnetic insert inside a non-magnetic case) until the 10/11; I have a Pixel 8 Pro with a magsafe-compatible case that works fine.
