At least Wile E. Coyote learns, slowly, from failure. The Toronto Maple Leafs just buy a shinier ACME rocket, skate straight into the canyon wall, and act shocked it wasn’t the year. The Coyote had bad luck. The Leafs have appallingly bad culture.
