anyway. we have to do a self assessment on over 100 "skills" by the end of the year. and Then, our supervisors have to evaluate us on each of those skills. and they get an email when we do our self assessments. so i am working thru those to make my supervisor miserable ❤️

that was such an infuriating call but at least it didnt drop. we just kept repeating our own bits like two brick walls talking to each other fr. i didnt receive the answer i wanted But i got new info and next steps so. fine. whatever. ill let it go.......
