queues, for me. mysql mostly just works once credentials are wired up. queues are where people get stuck: the worker needs supervising, and it keeps running old code after a deploy unless you restart it. that one bites almost everyone once.

C'est dur de répondre. J'ai accès aux modèles Anthropic en pro et, en perso, comme toi, à OpenCode Go. Vu que je ne bosse pas sur la même chose entre le pro et le perso, c'est compliqué de comparer. Néanmoins, DeepSeek Flash + GLM Flash pour le perso, ça me convient parfaitement.

A bit different for me but same vibe. I’m running with mistral since they provide GLM through their own inference. It’s more than enough to get good results. I also tried their new large 4 model and results are good too. Actually I don’t know why bother with frontier models, open source does the job
