Not unexpected in certain parts of the county. But to get such a massive result in favour of moral decency is such a fucking relief!

We moved from Wem to Shrewsbury & the contrast between @juliabuckley.bsky.social & @helenmorganlibdem.bsky.social is stark Helen really stands up for everyone, not just in her constituency but in Shropshire & it shows. Ditto local reelected LD Councillors eg Alex Wagner, Ruth Houghton & Heather Kidd
Show PostI don't think it's any surprise that Ruth Houghton & Heather Kidd, both vocal in opposition & local issues that impacted all in Shropshire, often gaining media attention further afield from Bishops Castle & Chirbury, won by overwhelming majorities. It shows being proactive for all works.
