Then comes November. The customer service hours get cut, so I have to get up an hour earlier, which isn’t great. Then there’s a mandatory four hour meeting SUPER early on one of my two off days that was absolutely “this could have been an email”. Then my hours jumped to 50 hours a week.

With a heavy heart and full pockets, the Board has unanimously decided to sell the company and retire indefinitely. All associated are hereby laid off at once. The toner will be kept as a memory of the good years and displayed in the corporate failures museum.
