Forgot I had bread proving & it went all over the shop. I've knocked it back again. Will it have enough left in the tank for a third rise? Will it be incredibly tasty? Will I be eating some sort of bronze age flatbread for the next few days? Will someone jump in and mansplain why it will/won't work?

It's great to see tailoring accommodate such extreme movement today. This level of tailoring was a bit more common in the past, as you can see in old films featuring Fred Astaire or Gene Kelly, but many modern suits will lift off the wearer's neck even when they're just walking.
