Just got home from the #ICU and the hubs had a cold seafood soup with garlic bread ready for me! Doesn’t it look amazeballs?! It was delicious!

Never believe a marmalade recipe that says the pips will float to the top and you can just skim them off 🤣. But having painfully sieved most of the pips out, the result is a very presentable batch of marmalade. (Grapefruit with a generous slosh of Grand Marnier 😋).
