The gentle kiss of dawn. I haven't left the house since my surgery on Tuesday. This morning I persuaded my husband who was of course delighted to be woken up at 04.30am to drive me up to a lane nearby Glastonbury Tor 😂. The colour in the sky was just beautiful to see and it was so good for my soul.

I walked the Camino Francès in 2024 and 2025. My first Camino changed my life forever. Of all the Camino books I have read, this one encapsulates my experience the best. I laughed and reminisced about the journey and the people I met as I read the book. I was sad when I read the final page.
