But yeah, so much stuff is processed with wheat, or gluten containing grains. Only oats labeled as certified gluten free are safe for me to eat, because all other oats are processed with gluten containing grains. It’s annoying!

Yes, it’s major issue. I went out to eat a month ago, and the person making my salad didn’t change their gloves after touching bread, and it gave me severe stomach pain. Celiac disease is a hell of an autoimmune disease, and it takes very very very little to set it off. It makes eating fun! 😭
