I really, really want it to be like that, but sadly I have the bad feeling Rikachi will keep with it until the last chapter to avoid losing readers from the Az team, mostly under the advice of her editors who we know often influence her to do bad story decisions.

Oh, you're right! Seeing it in restrospect, it makes lots of sense!!! I'll love if it turns out like that. And it would make a good parallel to Nina who was blind, as well explain why only her could see him in his child form.

, since his mother was a priestess, it's likely he inherited her powers, which would be pretty awesome. I hope that now that Az's identity arc is over the story focuses again on the lore and the seven gods to reveal more about Nina and Sett, but I also think this confirms he may have powers!
