Wile E. Coyote! His entire gimmick is that his plans always backfires on, you knew he had underwears 95% of those would be the most grandios of wedgie content. Honestly you can also inculde other toons as well like Bugs, Daffy or Foghorn, Looney Tunes really don't get much attention wedgie wise!

Po Ping! I know he received a bunch in canon but some of them were just lame pants wedgies! Thankfully artists have made some good work but his perky monochrome cheeks definitely could use more cotton in between!

Rigby and Mordecai! More than one character again i know, but like, these two just 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 to be wedgied together. They've not only shown to wear tighty-whities as well when forced to wear clothing, they'd also just doom themselves by accidentally summoning some sort of wedgie entity!

The bears! Is a 3 in one cheating? Maybe, but they're a packaged deal baby! I think the three of them make for adorable target and their different personalities would make for very cute reactions, i can see Grizz attempting to stay positive, Panda being beyond embarrassed and Ice bear staying stoic
