Thanks, Rose. Outside of private conversations, this might be one of the first times I’ve just openly said it in a public space. If I’ve done so before I don’t remember talking about it, because it’s always an emotional subject. I think the “what ifs” are what hurt the most, because I’ll never know.

I won’t go into details - the ribbon speaks volumes - but the last three months of the year are particularly hard ones for me. I love spending time with loved ones during holidays, but sometimes it just feels empty. 10 years have passed, and it hasn’t gotten easier.
