The only decision today is Seven County Infrastructure Coalition v. Eagle County, Colorado. Kavanaugh has the opinion for the court (and conservatives) diminishing environmental protections. Sotomayor writes separately, concurring in judgment, for the liberals. www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/24p...
