Anyone else spend money on stuff they don't need, then immediately feel shame when the next post you see on social media is someone struggling for dear life to pay their rent and food? I'm turning Bluesky off before future purchases, maybe for a few hours. Can't feel good about anything anymore lol

Me and a buddy back in the day had one of those dumb inside jokes about how you could get "48 batteries! Just $10 dollars! What a steal!" as part of parody debate over how Circuit City was better than Best Buy. Best Buy won, and now our wallets suffer. And I'm gonna let him know it.
