Hi, I'm 56 years old. I have severe ADHD. When people say "oh I forgot my sunglasses, one sec. That darn ADHD. And they both laugh. They laugh because they DON'T have ADHD. I'm really that guy, and I try to laugh, I really do. It is a lonely battle.
