Show Postbecause i'm fairly certain the palpitations i'm getting post surgery have been from stress and exercise helps a lot with my stress levels.. i will also be looking into therapy next year
Show Posti feel better now so i REALLY have to get on a solid exercise routine again!!! i should just force myself to do 10-15 minutes a day until it becomes habit again. that's about all i can do comfortably and idgaf if the minimum reccomended is 30. i'm disabled!!!
