Despite being a RN & Public Health Nurse, I live with a physical disability, depression, & anxiety. Prior to the Affordable Care Act, any kind of coverage for treatments for my conditions would have been denied (CMS). Healthcare should not just be for the able bodied, but for EVERYBODY. GO #VOTE
Show PostSince the overturning of Roe Vs. Wade in 2022 by the Supreme Court, maternal deaths have increased in states where there are restrictions to reproductive rights (Kheyfets, et al., 2023). Speaking as a RN & Public Health Nurse, these deaths SHOULD NOT have happened. GET OUT & #VOTE!!
