I would ask Kasparov why he fled to the west instead of fighting against Putin in Russia? If we are such cowards, this must be such an unsafe place to be. Not to mention the amount of shit he needs to handle.

We are not the US. We have functioning rule of law and a head of state - the king - that we can trust. A surrender order from the Prime Minister will be ignored and the PM will be arrested. Surrender would require treason by the top military leadership. Even so, it would have no legal force.
