You can’t argue with these people. They can’t find a single example of. Democrat supporting or even hinting at supporting something like the Kirk killing, but it doesn’t matter. And if it had been someone else who got shot, Kirk would be saying EXACTLY the same thing as Mace.

This doesn't seem to be an idle threat. Landau is responding to people reporting posts on X with an image suggesting that they'll put permanent black marks in peoples' files or even seek to strip visas from people who "made light" of Kirk's assassination. Another betrayal of the First Amendment.
