At SRP, @keananjoyner.bsky.social shows evidence that if we design study ads representing people of different backgrounds & genders, we’ll often get more people from those backgrounds & gender 🤯 Also, if psychophys folks style participants’ hair, we can get less measurement drift 🪮

At SRP, @craiganthonyrs.bsky.social found that there’s limited bias on clinician assessments of BPD and our current screeners might need slightly higher thresholds to best identify BPD among sexual & gender minorities - so we should be thoughtful about their lived experience when assessing
