Unfortunately they can absolutely discriminate in this way. They can refuse to carry mobility scooters as well. Traveling with a mobility scooter is harder than travel with an ebike at the moment.

If they do then we need to take it to court for discrimination against those who use ebikes as mobility aids! I for one will not abide the ban!
