i suspect LLMs/AI will and can be incredibly beneficial for healthcare in a way that is ethical and safe, both on the provider side and the patient side… should OpenAI/ChatGPT be the ones to do this? hell no, not in a million years, and i hope consumers do not trust them with their HIPAA data
