they always say that due to the translated frontend/manual but the games themselves have as much or as little EN as they ever did (which in this case is basically just the intro) they're also habitually unwilling to show honest screenshots on the EN store pages, like so

While the dream of a 100% cycle-accurate Loopy emulator is a good one, I think I’m gonna stop with a 99.99% cycle accurate one. There’s a few literal edge cases related to RAM timing that are off by 1-2 cycles (Loopy is 16Mhz or 16,000,000 cycles per second). So … 1-2 cycles is pretty negligible.
