Amateur radio balloon DH1PR visiting the Pacific Northwest today and showing quite the signal reach with its 10 millwatt WSPR signal on 20 m. My monitoring station here in Vancouver picked up a dozen telemetry packets from about 1200 km in to about 120 km.
