Trump believes New Yorkers have no choice in Cuomo becoming mayor because Cuomo is on the legal team representing Netanyahu against war crimes. They need him in the mayoral position, just like they needed Giuliani. Netanyahu is why Trump himself lacks choices in certain aspects of his life.
