One of my classes has a few students with learning disabilities. One of the best resources I have is my Special Ed co-teacher, who has been an amazing source of support when applying my lesson to my students. #TeacherEd #SpEd

This is a challenge for me as well. I have 536 students from K-4. I can't remember all of their names let alone learn the best approach for every child. I try my best to work through each class but it is a real challenge. #TeacherEd #SpecEd

I have to say the hardest challenge is knowing what to do. Meaning, what works best for each student. Having a class that is 18 students, its hard to figure out what is going to work. I learned the tools I would need to help them but figuring out which one is more challenging. #TeacherEd #SpEd
