I just want to be a positive, genuine, and accepting influence in my circles. I am often busy and don’t know all the subtleties of things that boil over, but if you are looking for love and acceptance and trying your best to overcome your past, then I want to encourage you. Big love to you all.

I agree. If we want people to change their behavior, we need to encourage that change by welcoming positive movement in the direction we want them to go. Positive reinforcement has much better influence on human behavior in the long run than shame.
