That's why I often say we need to go farther, and set a cap on wealth. Any money or property gained beyond the cap - example $100,000,000 - to be taxed 100%. At the cap you get a certificate from the President saying "Congrats, you won at Capitalism!" and the option to restart from $-30K on Hard.
