For anyone going to #DSNX24, we made a small oopsy. I thought they were only selling a few thousand tickets for the con this year. Turns out they sold 7,500 so we under ordered on merch & books to sell. No huge deal, but if you want a book signed by me, I would come sooner rather than later.

Thinking about how I repost my book promo every day and get maybe one order a month. But the one time I posted a pic of my ass and my book and got all teasy telling people to buy it, I got 3 orders that day alone. Kinda funny, honestly. Sex does indeed sell.

My primary job is being an author. Book sales buy my groceries. If someone pirates my book, that's grocery money I'm losing. If too many people pirate my book, the series becomes a loss. I can't afford to write a series that won't sell.

4. You do need to show your face. Sorry. But people buy from people. Posting pics of your book on a shelf, a book in grass, a book at the pub, a book with the dog - won’t sell your book the way you showing your face will. Sorry again. I don’t make the rules but I have seen what works over the years.
