🤷🏿‍♂️It's really taken some of you this many years to figure out that Malcolm Gladwell doesn't know what he's talking about. He hits you with that fake Black intellectual NPR voice, and makes Ted talk eyes at you, and then you mistake him for the real Black experts in their fields.

Seriously. Having fewer US cops makes crime go down. That's because cops don't do what "Law and Order SVU" lies and tells people that they do.🤷🏿‍♂️ What they really do, is give the vast majority of Black people, that are innocent, law abiding citizens, good reasons to never, ever, trust the police.

Again, I could reduce the violent crime rate in every major city in America without increasing police headcount, just by transferring cops away from the "harass Black people" beat, and towards the "solve and prevent crimes," beat. Even most police officers would rather not work that racism beat.🤷🏿‍♂️
