October 1st. I’ve begun work on something I’ve never done before. I’m nervous. You may hate it, but I’m doing it anyway because I want to and I have to try.

I just graduated from weekly therapy to now once every two weeks. ߹𖥦߹ My Therapist said she is proud of my progress. I’m now on two different medications that we feel are helping too. I’m so happy. It can get better. Trying to kick PMDD’s ass.
