The absolute worst offenders are the LED blues on top of police cars. They are always so blinding at the worst possible time/place, an officer outside of their car at night. I wonder if they've ever done any studies on those. They're all aftermarket parts so probably very little regulation/oversight

I them in my jeep and had them removed. One I was tired of being flashed. Two it was totally impossible to see in a snow storm. Three I don’t think they made it any easier to see in the dark. I’m happy I went back to “normal” headlight bulbs.
