The arrogance here is breathtaking. Treating representing a constituency like a favour to hand to your mate shows utter contempt for the people of Makerfield. Labour’s psychodrama triggered these by-elections so they should pay for them - all £5 million.

Most people don’t realise chewing gum is a single-use plastic, made with fossil fuel-based polymers & a major source of pollution. It litters our streets, breaks down into microplastics & costs councils millions to clean up. I’ve called on the Government to consider this in our plastics policy👇
