That’s the thing, though - the SCOTUS decision makes a distinction between the two words. If you go by definition, facilitate means to assist or make easier. Effectuate means to cause and bring about a result.

Sorry - but that’s not what it says. They only need to ‘facilitate’ and said the District Court needs to clarify as it may have overstepped. All they’re required to do is try by the way I read it. Tell me how I’m wrong, because I’m happy to be, in this case.

I'm not a programming guy but MSNBC and CNN should be airing this Cory Booker thing in the same way you take over programming if there's a no-hitter or a basketball player with 60 points in three quarters. It's a physical feat! Cut in for this kind of thing. Costs nothing, gooses ratings, good TV.
