All Estro did for me was release tension I was holding in my body, I can breathe again. While it didn't make my voice any more femme (already got the voice of a tired 40yr old lawyer) it did make it more relaxed. Now I gotta sift through so much information to train

honestly even on T voice training is necessary, like sure the pitch (usually) gets deeper but if you don't work on things like placement, resonance, inflection, etc the pitch won't match the rest of your voice. I'm still working my ass off to get my voice the way I want it

Would explain not feeling like I've done much of anything so far, she said I got really good range already I just need to practice at home which I struggle a lot with high functioning AuADHD amongst many other things I wish to do, started stimulants finally though so hoping that's the boost I need 🤞
