I remember doubling charm farming with skinning the falcosaurs in Aszuna. Going back to Org to sell the bracelets iirc. Back when gathering was worth literally anything and before they gutted skinning by allowing multi-tags on skins. Blood of Sargeras my beloved

I use 300mcg of Melatonin 3 hours before bed. Has been very helpful in maintaining a schedule! In the US, it's often sold at massive doasages like 3mg, 5mg or 10mg. That stuff's counter productive.
